JW Pet Toys

I've reviewed a toy from JW Pet in the past and it wasn't good.   Still, I always believe in second and sometimes third chances.

So when I saw this new crinkle ball toy, knowing how The Naked Dog loves that sound of anything that crinkles or crunches, I thought I'd give it another try.  I purchased the Crinkle Ball Cuz.  It's a water bottle ball inside a rubber-type cage.

Sadly, ten pounds of AHT proved too much for this ball.  And in less than 2 weeks, it had been torn in multiple places, which then allowed for the inner plastic ball to possibly be removed and be torn up, becoming a choking hazard.

Now not one to be unfair, I did contact JW Pet about this issue, giving them an opportunity to respond to the failed testing of a second product (see the first one below).  I did get a quick response from company representative who was very interested in this issue and wanted to pass it on to their research and development division.  I even made them a video of the defects and sent that to them as well.

This morning, I received a message from the Director of Marketing who asked to schedule a time to call me. Depending on the outcome, I might be willing to give JW Pet a third chance.  We'll keep you all posted
